Stress-Buster Meditation Classes
The course is designed to impart basic Sahaja Meditation techniques useful in day-to-day stress reduction. We will talk about the impact of stress on the physical, emotional and mental being and you will experience first-hand how 10-15 minutes of meditation can clearly improve the inner balance and bring inner peace. Upon the completion of the course, you will be able to progress with your meditation at home. Typical schedule consists of three classes.
- Week 1: Introduction, first experience of meditation and basic meditation techniques
- Week 2: Left and right side channels and basic balancing techniques
- Week 3: Continuing to meditate at home and further development

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLASS WILL NOT TAKE PLACE ON DECEMBER 19TH AND 26TH DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF THE LIBRARY ROOMS DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. THE NEXT CLASS IS SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 2ND, 2012 FROM 7-8PM. Join us for the on-going beginner meditation classes where you will learn how we can reduce and completely eliminate stress from our lives. The classes run every Mondays, 7-8 pm. Sahaja Meditation techniques are extremely helpful in understanding the sources of stress and controlling it. The effect of Sahaja meditation has been studied in numerous research experiments and the effect was found to be overwhelmingly positive. At these classes, you will learn and, most importantly, experience the effect of meditation on reducing stress. After the classes, you will be able to use basic meditation techniques to maintain balance and inner peace by meditating 10 minutes a day. This classes do not involve any physical exercises so it does not require any special attire or equipment.
