Registration for Introductory Meditation Classes

The classes are held every Saturdays 1:00-2:00PM at the Schaumburg Library. This is a beginner level course, its format is educational and practical. Aspiring students finish the course with a certain level of experience of meditation and vibratory awareness, although the level of experience is very individual. The classes do not involve any physical exercise so the type of attire is not important.
