Registration for Introductory Meditation Classes

The intermediate level classes are held every Saturday 1:00-2:00PM. The beginner classes are held every Saturday 2:00-3:00PM. The format of the classes is educational and practical. Aspiring students finish the courses with a verifiable level of experience of meditation and vibratory awareness, although the extent of experience is very individual. The classes do not involve any physical exercise so the type of attire is not important.
