Beginner Meditation Course

The course is designed to provide the experience of self-realization and to impart basic understanding of meditation, balancing techniques and the human system of subtle energies. Upon the completion of the course, you will be able to progress with your meditation at home, maintain inner peace, satisfaction and happiness through Sahaja Yoga techniques. Typical schedule consists of five classes although it sometimes may be longer or shorter.

  • Week 1: Introduction, awakening of kundalini
  • Week 2: Left and right side channels, diseases caused by imbalance and cure
  • Week 3: Lower chakras, using vibrations
  • Week 4: Upper chakras, raising kundalini of others and giving vibrations
  • Week 5: Complete integration, mantras and music
