Step 4: Meditation
Place your palms on the top your laps, palm upwards, and relax your hands and close your eyes. Make sure that you are breathing naturally and it is comfortable.
For the next 5-10 minutes, do not do anything. Meditation is a spontaneous process so no effort is necessary. But it is necessary to be completely aware of what is happening inside. Just observe your breathing and your sensations on your palms and on the top of your head. Keep your eyes closed.
