Introduction
Welcome to our second meditation lesson. Our lessons are structured in a simple fashion to help you experience the joy of real meditation - thoughtless and completely peaceful state of awareness that heals and harmonizes our body, emotions, intellect and spiritual being.
In this lesson you will use a couple of basic Sahaja Yoga meditation techniques which you can gradually learn and apply during your meditations.
You will also listen to a talk of Shri Mataji about the Kundalini energy within us and what a gift it is to have your Self-Realization.
