Step 3: Meditation

Please sit comfortably in your chair. Make sure that your body is completely related yet remain upright with a straight spine. Place your palms on the top your laps, palm upwards, and relax your hands.

Close your eyes and make a couple of deeps breaths. For a minute of so, breath slowly and deeply but do not make too much effort. Make sure that you are breathing naturally and it is comfortable.

For the next 5-10 minutes, do not do anything. Just observe your breathing and your sensations on your palms and on the top of your head. Keep your eyes closed.
